Gal. 3:13. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree.”

Curse is an evil prayer projected against a person, people or lineage. It is the opposite of blessing. It is meant to cause harm or unhappiness. The root can always be traced to a dissatisfaction. Hence, curse operates on a cause. Something must happen before curse can work.

Hear this,
“As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come” (Prov. 26:2).

What Jesus did was to take every curse that existed since Adam fell, the ones existing when He came and the ones that may come in the future. He took them all and released blessings on those who belive in Him. Hence he said, “it is finished.” While curse says “you are finished”, Jesus said, “it is finished.” Who would you believe?

Since curse works with a reason, blessing also works with a reason. The reason you will receive the blessing of Christ is the faith you profess in Him.

“He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit” (Gal. 3:14).

How to walk in the blessing is to follow righteousness with those who call on Jesus Christ. Have faith in the Word of God and walk in the spirit. If no curse could hinder Christ, then you are covered.
