Expansion
“Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes (Isa.54.2).
Expansion is part of growth. It is a good problem that requires planning and detail implementation. Every venture that started small yearns for enlargement as they strive to be bigger than their current state. So it is with an individual, however there is a price to pay to experience enlargement. These efforts serve as the bedrock for the expansion you anticipate.
Our text laid out the work to be done to have more coming in by the way of enlargement. It requires stretching out which must begin in the mind. Whatever the mind cannot conceive will be difficult to achieve. Years ago, few children were playing around when a question popped up. What would you do with 1 millions Naira? Some mentioned buying things like sweet, bicycle and a boy just responded, “I will just die.” He was right, his mind couldn’t fathom it.
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in (Eph.3.20).
God surpasses our imaginations. Then there is the need to change structure from your current one to your anticipated level. Far too many people are not ready for increments. It is safer to remain small than gets bigger without preparation. It ruins many things. Some people are not even prepared to seize bigger opportunities in life. If you want to be bigger, prepare yourself ahead.
While waiting on God for a change in your story, be ready for a change. You are heading to a higher place and soon you will be there. Peace!
