When God Blesses
The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it (Prov.10.22).
When many see that they can work to make money even without knowing God, they wonder why we mention God when it comes to wealth creation. Some even argue that money can buy all things. True, money buys many things except Joy. It may buy happiness but never joy. It cannot buy the blessings of God too. What happens when God blesses?
The blessing of God is the empowerment of God to succeed without attendant struggles and pains. Making wealth can be an excruciating experience but when God steps in, favour and unlimited grace is released for easy access to abundance. God eliminates the sorrow that comes with abundance to make it enjoyable for you. That way, you can sleep fine even though you’re blessed.
But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition (1Tim.6.9).
When God blesses, you escape the snare, temptations and harmful lusts without drowning. You emerge great without sacrificing your soul to the devil.for abundance. When God blesses you, the good things of life locate you, as you walk into opportunities and abundance. All these happen without losing your health or peace of mind.
“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day (Deut.8.18).
