If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land (Isa.1.19).

In most cases, God does not force His opinion on people. It takes a voluntary heart to walk with God and to enjoy His blessings. Every promise of His has a condition attached to it. Here, it’s about willingness and yielding though every blessing has a condition attached. The willingness of the seeker is responsible for a larger percentage of what we receive from God.

While it is common to see people heap blames on God, it is not His responsibility to spoon feed us. Everything has been provided but our choices are largely responsible for our results. If you are willing, you will be required to make a further commitment to enjoy what others only desire. This does not mean that you work for what is given to you but that your willingness inspired your obedience, which is key to achieving the breakthrough.

His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it.”(John.2.5)

Here was Mary giving the secret to the people when they requested for a miraculous intervention from Jesus. She said, obedience is the key. “Whatever he says to you, do it.” The patriarch of the faith set a very good example of obedience even in the face of the unknown. And that led to them enjoying the blessings. Christ is a worthy example of absolute obedience. He obeyed even until death on the Cross. Let your willingness inspire obedience. You’re blessed.
